Everything we will do is driven by the Japanese concept of ikigai【生き甲斐】(or life purpose). With that in mind we wanted to find a coffee that related to our own journey. Years of hard work have led to this moment and that is why we chose this as our first coffee.

Located near the village of Worka Sakaro, producer Marta Alemu Kanke has taken her years of experience cultivating coffee with her father and produced her first single farmer lot on her 2.5 hectares of land. Being the main source of income for her family of 10, that's a big deal. With complex, deep fruit notes and a fudgy, buttery mouthfeel, this coffee is a testament to quality and intent.
