Fox's Window【狐の窓】
In japanese mythology it is said foxes (known as kitsune) are extremely intelligent and powerful shapeshifters, capable of easily blending into the human world undetected. By creating the "Fox's Window" you create a small portal that bridges the gap between our world and the spirit world. By using this portal, one can peer through the window to see one's true form. Even that of the crafty shapeshifter. That is why we have chosen this name for our seasonal espresso blend. We hope it can become the window that enlightens.
For espresso, we recommend a ratio of around 2:1 for milky drinks and 2.5:1 for a more complex shot if enjoying without milk. While designed with espresso in mind, this coffee still works great as a very approachable filter brew.
Note: we do not recommend specific espresso recipes as the dose size and time range will vary widely due to several factors such as basket size, headspace and grind quality. For best results, dose to your basket size and adjust grind to taste.
